I'm planning to open up my first website, so I'll need a way to have money withdrawn (for paying the web-host,etc..) and deposited (money earned from AdSense,etc..) from my pre-credit card. My question is..Is PayPal worth it or should i just stick to my credit card for this type of thing? Do i need to give a percentage of my money to paypal?? Is it safe? I heard it's good for when you want third parties or people who donate to give you money...
Yes its required to have paypal account whenever you doing biz online coz people usually will pay via paypal. Yes it the safest among other payment gateway. You need to pay fee when people sent you money.
Paypal is good and safe. You have to pay some fees if you get money from CC payments but if you pay things you don't have to give fees. greets
Yes. Paypal is widely used payment processor now a days so go with it. And of course you can add 'Donation' button at your site too for donation through paypal. DON.
Paypal is a global payment proccesor and is used in 100's of countries. It is used on the internet alot, but carries some risks... If you are good, verify your account and do not look suspicious, then its all fine and you shall have a great time. If you make a sale online, make sure you have proof to provide to paypal incase someone places charges against you and tells paypal otherwise. ~ Mike
It is used quite widely across the world, and if you want to earn online, you've gotta have PayPal. You'd obviously have to give a small part of your money to them ( a percentage that depends on the nature of the transaction), but that is next to nothing when you consider the business market that has been opened up to you.
The fees are relatively higher....but then, there is no other alternative that can match its wider acceptance..... Regards, RightMan
They are quite decent when you look at the other options online that support most countries across the world.
Adsense does not pay to a paypal account as Google and eBay are competitors in this field. Also most web hosts supports payment via credit card so doing it directly would not be a bad option.
