if it's the one in your sig, I would add 4 links to 4 pages on your site, one being the root have a sitemap file, and have all your pages interlinked and you should be set, start posting more on DP and other forums, your site is sure to get fully indexed
You don't even need to submit your site to Google. It's better if you not. Get backlinks to your new page, Google will follow the links and index your new page. submit sitemap to "webmaster tool". Make your site SEO friendly, easy for search engine bots crawl your site.
When you watch pages with your tool bar google gets a ping for your page and if it is a new page it will get indexed! works for me. tattoodownload
all answers are stands at their position, but NEVER use metatag of "REVISIT" where we limit the google crawler, when u will not use this tag, it mean u are giving full controle to crawler to visit ur site as often as it free, and it will index/catche pages as it genrated. but keep it in mind that google dislike duplicate content, and will not index your pages if it found duplicate content. it works for my blogs, and static sites, and catche/index my pages with in 1 or less than 1 hour and appears in search results. hope it works for u too, if yes then a GREEN will be mine.. lol
you need quality good content on your web pages...and growing Backlinks..time by time..to get indexed...
As google themself promotes, Content is the king that makes your website with good ranking. And ofcourse high quality backlinks will also enable to get high rankings
