The cpc click value depends very much by your site niche.Also there are a lots of advertisers that pay 1 cent per click .Try to filter your advertisers and you will see that the cpc rate will grow up.
You've a pretty decent CTR, so you must have pretty good ad placement and genuine traffic. Now it's just about getting some high-paying keywords in there. Don't give up just yet.

When you want to research potential of a keyword and the profitability check out sites like https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox and http://www.Spyfu.com/ . They will show you the cost per click, so the higher it is the more you will get paid per click. So try to build content around the high-paying keywords to improve your earnings.
Your CTR is pretty low and your earnings per click are also low. Try another monetization method on that site. Find a product that is a good fit and sign up as an affiliate. At the moment your visitors are not finding the ads that relevant and the advertizers in that niche are not paying mega bucks to get the traffic. Do a search for affiliate programs in your niche. start selling data recovery software as an affiliate and earn from commisions, even if you make 1 sale a week that's $25-$50 (depends on the product you will promote). Yay it's better than .5-$1 a day. P.S: Your blog is undreadable, the theme aint any good.

Advertisers have been cutting back. In the US after 6pm weekdays and up unitil 6pm on sunday is when they pay the most.
You seem to be doing very well. It's just a shame about the revenue for each click! In the right niche, 118 clicks could earn you a tidy sum of money as well. If you can't change over niches, then I would definitely opt for affiliate programs. Traffic looks good, surely the CPAs would be much more rewarding. Best of luck.
Slowly start shifting your content to business, health, finance related topics. But stay on your main site theme.
