It is hard for anyone to answer your question, a lot depends on what you use it for. But I won't buy if I am you as Ebay is an established trademark. I do not see the point of getting into trouble over trademark issues.
I can't imagine a non-infringing use for that domain. If you monetize it in any way, including offering it for sale yet again, you may be stepping into $100,000 in potential liability under the ACPA and trademark law. I would advise you stay clear. It isn't worth the risk. Good luck.
