I asked my friend to digg some articles in digg on daily basis he digged 10-20 articles in an hour and they banned my site.
How do I get unbanned from digg I wrote to them they said the decision is final and irreversible, I had a fight with them through email. What next.

    :(

Just go on with life, there are plenty of social bookmarking sites around, not just diggs. Since they say their decision is final and irreversible, let it be, look elsewhere. They aren't Google or anyone with a substantial hold over the segment they are in.

You can't do it. And as far as I know, majority of small sites remain banned though big sites do get unbanned. DP was banned too for some time on Digg

Every time when you post any links in Digg, just make sure that you are doing very interesting information and that is something to be worthy in the eyes of diggers.

damn why are they so stupid they should put a limit and prevent users from spamming rather then banning a website

I may also got banned from digg, there was this one time I submitted 6 pages under 2 mins or so and without descriptions to them. I wasn't able to submit more pages from the same domain name. I don't use digg other other social bookmark sites so I don't care if I'm banned.

It is not worth the stress. Unless you make the front page, it is useless. To make the front page, you have to bend the rules and you get banned. Seems like a waste to me. Just move on.

I'd have suggested making an emotional appeal. After all, they are human. If that had no effect move on... In my humble opinion, the social networking sites are growing like mushroom... In your spot, I'd see it like this... Hey, I just lost the opportunity to network with millions at Digg, so what? I'll network with billions at other places. Cheer Up!

The best idea will be to learn something and not do repeat mistake again. Create new account and move on. If your domain is banned then delete contents that violates digg TOS and keep requesting digg to unban. Meanwhile you create another site and submit content from it making sure you aren't violating digg TOS
