I was talking about my blog with friends last night and was reminded about this case and decided to do some follow up.

Last year Steven Rayman posted on I was abducted - a ufo site.

Doesn't prove he's a lunatic. I mean a UFO could be almost anything.

Wow... so lets get this straight... he has millions, yet is willing to take someone to court just for the sake of a few thousand (if he is lucky), wasting both his time and resources. He hires a private detective who can bizzarely find this thread, yet lacks the knowledge to do a whois search ^^.

Well maybe when he realises he stands in a poor place for legal action, and that spite isn't a good enough reason, he'll be content with what he has.

Who knows... maybe he'll even get mad at digital point :O his name appears on this thread xD

Hey I think the Steve Rayman thing is a Dead Giveaway, forgive the pun but he should be buried with the attitude he has shown you, what an unmitigated pillock, he certainly has achieved some great press?

    regards,

    Andrew

    Funny people funeral home directors.
    Totally unrealted blurb.
Personally I'd take it down, as at the moment you are both loosing.

Here is a true story about funeral directors.
I was living in quite a small community.
My brother in law at the time worked for the ambulance service, and the controller was a lady in her fourties, married 20 odd years and never strayed. The long and short of it was she got a little drunk one Xmas eve and ended up having a "liason" with a gentleman she met that night in a bar, whilst still in the bar. You know what I mean.
Well a week went by and it was clear to the lady that she had contracted something, so she visted the doctor and in turn surrendered her sample.
A week later, a knock on the door, the doctor and two uniformed cops.
    Hell!
It seems she did indeed have a disease of a sexual nature, BUT!
It could only be contracted from dead bodies!
Nothing more was heard about this, but the story gained momentum until about a year later, it hit the front page of the papers. A name and shame, and indeed the Funeral Company Owner was indeed a rich man, who had a distinctive white 911, so distinctive the poor man was hounded.
The poor fella literally had to sell his car due to the unsubtlty of it, and was stalked by everyone from dead parents (think about it) to living decendants of deceased relatives.
I had known all about this a year before it emerged, but never thought it to be true. Well the poor guy may well have been innocent, it is quite feasable that he could have contracted the disease from a towel or a just a careless touch.
    Moral of the story.
    There isn't one

Not a nice Christmas present to have such :)

One thing about bullies are they are essentially cowards psychologically, stand up to them and they normally back off. Whatever the problems, forget about them and enjoy the festive season. Life is short play hard, dun let yourself be encumbered by too many troubles and problems in life that you spend all your time solving the problems in life and not enjoying life itself.

I know you received alot of advice here, but i recommend you do NOTHING, especially reply to him.
If he has a lawyer you:
    1. don't want to give them ANYTHING to stand on that you may have said out of fun or anything
    2. you don't want to talk to a lawyer at all yourself, you would then refer this to your own lawyer

Ignoring people will make them go away, you only need to act when you actually receive a court order, then call an attorney, let him waste time, money and sweat it out on his own time
