Every search I do right now in Google is acting up hard core.

I search something and I get mad pop up pages and or I get redirected to a random spam search.. It’s the weirdest thing.

I tried my search in yahoo and it worked fine mind you I hate yahoo I'm a huge Google fan.

Check this image attachment. Look at the url's being provided?

Sorry just noticed that image is hard to see I will add another!

No issues here......Kinda looks like that stupid shopper something spyware deal. Do you have a spyware application on your PC to check? If not check out Spybot S&D, it's free and does a pretty good job.

Do a search for the "lop.com virus"...
I had it a few days ago and after 6 hours of trying to get rid of it I just did a restore from a ghost image.

It is one of the hardest viruses to get rid of... Good luck

You should do a virus scan on your pc, or try switching to a alternative web browser

Norton may not see it if it's spyware or adware.
I had a crippling spyware infection once, and Norton could not detect it.
I would try Spybot Search and Destroy, and AdAware. they both have free downloadable versions.
    Good luck.

I have a dual boot right now Vista and xp. The issue was with xp do you think the scan will still pick it up if I'm scanning on Vista and not xp?

As long as I search that xp hard drive I should be fine right?
