I have an offshore group working for us and while they work on inbound links, I would prefer their IP to be invisible on blogs/forums. Just please keep in mind. This is a tool I've used before to block the IPs of out-of-the-country visitors. http://www.blockacountry.com/ All the instruction you need is there.
I don't think this is what he needs. He wants them to be invisible not to be blocked from accessing it, if I got it right.
If this is what you want then try hidemyass. It will make their IP addresses invisible... Hope this helps
