    I think if it's just a list of keywords...you may run into some trouble with Google (as it probably doesn't convert), there may be some gray-area here regarding drawing attention to ads, when a page makes clear references to certain advertisements, and a monetary value attached to each click - may be seen as an "incentive". It's kind of a stretch, but you never know now-a-days. Congrats though! =)
