Heyy.. what if u get banned from adsense... and obviously u can not re-apply .. so my question is when adsense banned you what info of urs they blocked it... do they banned your Payee name, your URL or your address... for-example.. if i get banned from adsense can my brother apply for adsense with different URL, different name, but same address ?

They won't block your address and URL. I got one friend banned by adsense, but he, actually the same person re-applied using his brother's name, with same URL and address. It's approved. If this happen to be a mistake by google, I can't tell.
Normally its the URL. I have seen people getting banned and using new account for adsense in new domain and they are getting paid.
once banned, you cannot use the same site as google will find the co-relation sooner or later. getting approved is one thing and getting paid is another. adsense will find out that someone associated with that site was banned before and they will also see that new person using that site have the same IP and all. i can guarantee that your friend will be banned again, just a matter of time

I have tried just about every way to gain adsense again, the thing I found that gets you caught is your Google analytics account. i have tried different addresses, e-mails, domains, everything I could think of and as soon as I added the Google analytics code.........DONE! I have even signed up under the same name, domain, just different e-mail and they approve the account, however every time I have reached the payment limit they cut me off again. Next time I will be using different server, domain, e-mail, address, the whole nine. Good Luck All that for paying for traffic!
Be serious, they don't answer on any question of type why am I banned. If you made invalid clicks you may know, otherwise you can only guess why. That is the way they are.
I've seen people re-sign up with variations on their old address and name. So if it was John Smith 11 Smith Mansions they'd sign up with J Smith Apartment B 11 Smith Mansions. even if it was a single occupancy house. Best advice I can give, keep your money making sites separate from your traffic sites. In other words, DON'T attempt to SEO or get tricky with an earner, only do it to sites you don't mind losing.
