Best Banner Ads pay for Impressions

    Hi, which company is going to provide banner ads that pays for impressions only and not for clicks or leads..the payment should be through paypal..suggest highly paying sites...

    Very few places sell banner ads based on impressions. Leaves them open to fraud/crap traffic.

    You can try ceoads coz they pay as high as $3.6/CPM
    And they don't pay for click.

    Canep is the best that I have found, I have used them for a little over a year now. They have done well for me in both their cpm rate and always pay on time. I get a check in the mail from them, but I think they pay other ways as well.
