Can Anybody Help Opening new Adsense Account

    pay $ 20 .

    I am unable to open cause my sites and blogs are new.

    no one can open it for you. you need to open it yourself and adsense accounts are not transferable either

    Yes of course they can, your mum can help, your dad can help you, your bro, your sis', your uncle - shit even your dog can help you .... there's no rules about who can and can not help you with setting up your account ....

    Is there any time limit to apply for adsense account?

    Ideally, how old should be your website/blog for google not to deny you an adsense account?

    If you are having some traffic, not much but some, and your site looks decent, you will have no problem on getting accepted.

    Your account get banned or you cant get approved?
    Adsense account not allow to transfer, and your address shall be the actual or you cant receive the pin
