Selling an Item on EBAY?

    Does EBay charge sellers only when an item is sold? Or do they charge insertion fee, which is independent from sales?

    Ebay will nickel and dime you....They will charge you listing fee and also a final value fee....

    5% to 8% final value...

    What is it you trying to sell?

    they will cost listing fee and after selling they will charge some commission.

    Listing fee is standard, if you want add all bells and whistles to the listing then that costs more also, if the item does sell then they will charge you a final value fee.
