Free Adwords credits

I bought a hosting account and with that i got free $50 adwords credits ( with some yahoo credits too ). I am new to google adwords and also i am not having any credit cards or bank account.
My question is can i use that credits for promoting my webiste. ( if u know about yahoo, you can reply for that too ).

 

yes you can make a adword account and set your add , and very verify it with cc and in put coupon code also , so that yr cc will not be charged for credit.. and promote yr website

Usually you have to use the coupon in 14 days of account creation.
