Needs windows VPS with root access.

    I am looking for windows VPS with root access.Other features needed are latest version of php, mysql, some control panel to setup my websites, 1 ip included with option for additional dedicated ip and other necessary security softwares installed.Please only send me pm if you have your own servers.
    I prefers offshore hosting which allow proxies & adult content and from a provider who has own servers and good reputation.
    My requirements are not much.I need around 500mb-1gb diskspace, 5-10gb bandwidth.budget around 3-5$/month.

    There is no such thing as a Windows VPS with root access or even a control panel for that matter. I think your looking for a linux VPS :p . The only time you use Windows in a hosting machine is when you want to run something that ONLY runs on Windows. Linux is always the hosting OS for everything else.

    Or maybe win.vps with administrator (through RDP) access? well, it should be all win.vps has administrator access.

    A free control panel will do but I need it Windows based and root access.Where are all the VPS sellers who do custom plans?

    There is no such thing as root access for a Windows server. Root is the master user on a linux system. I think you mean administrator access via RDP like blowingideas suggested. However, all Windows VPS's would have this administrator access.

    Try santrex windows VPS, i think thats what you are looking for. You might want to use Plesk, but its not free.

    Its like you are not really aware of these things. FYI, a Virtuozzo license itself costs about $5 on average for each container (VPS). And you also wanted a dedicated IP and your budget is $3 to $5. Did you miss a 0 at the end or are you looking for Shared Hosting?

    And as of today, except Virtuozzo and VMWare, there are none with good performance for server virtualization. Please reconsider and do not take this as an insult or something. Please feel free to PM me if you have any more doubts. Thanks.

    Think Aspnix.com will be helpful for you. They specializes in Windows hosting and provides root access on their VPS deals, Helm is a control panel that they offer.
    Pricing is affordable.
