WTS Graphic design forum, lots of posts lots of potential

Hi im looking to sell one of my graphic design forums, i haven't got the time to look after it at the moment which is a shame because it could become a great forum, the forum is mainly youngsters with the ages between 14 - 20, most of them are gamers and like their GFX etc.

The staff are dedicated especially one of the admins.

Revenue:

There isnt much revenue as i havent promoted in the last month, this month adsense has earned $7 and last month was $26.

Adsense is the only form of advertising ive put on the site, you could earn alot more with Direct ad sales.

All proof of earnings can be provided if needed.

Traffic:

The site is constantly between 170 and 250 unique visitors a day with out advertising, last month when i was advertising it was hitting 600 unique a day with out any problem, Advertising cost me around $45 per month on image hosts and gamers sites etc.

I would imagine it will be a PR3 at very least next update but am looking more towards a PR4 or higher, the reason the site is PR0 is because just after the last update i changed the domain name of the site.

It gets an average of 20 - 40 members logging in a day and between 20 and 100 new posts a day, it has slumped a little lately because of Christmas Holidays etc.

Google.com Rankings :

Graphic Design Forum : 31
GFX Forum : 33

And shed loads of long tail keywords.

Pricing / Bidding:

This isnt an auction its just best offer will get it, i hold the right not to sell if the offer isnt worth my while.

Domains :

With the sale you will get 3 domains, 2 of them with Godaddy and another one with a UK registrar which i will have to get the details of.

With the right guidance this forum could really be massive.

Please PM me and i will send the URL , please dont ask silly questions why i havent put the URL in the thread.

Please PM for URL

Thanks and Have a great Christmas

P.S if required i can give you the VBulletin account which the leased licence is under, which still has as good 6 months to run.

Please pm me the details and links

What software is the forum? If its paid, do we get the license, if so when does that expire?
Could you post traffic stats?
How much traffic are you getting naturally (without advertising)?
What is the offer range you are looking for?

Please answer his above question. If we do get the license, then I am interested.

Everything is already said in my original post, please read that correctly to find your answers, proof of traffic will only be given to interested buyers that meet my value expectations and make an offer based on the fact that proof will be provided, so far there has been an offer for $400.
