I think it looks ok in terms of design and layout. Looks simple but I guess more can be done to improve it. Obviously there are certain things missing like having a banner and logo. Maybe you can also try with different template to see whether that helps.

I like that basic layout, I would put up a banner and a logo and I would add a little more contrast to the colors It was hurting my eyes a bit. Also I would put the movies in order that you have on the second page to make it look neater and organized
For a movie site I think the design is too simple, most movie sites are well designed. You should consider getting a more professional theme and a logo for the site.
Design just to simple for me. I agree with others, a good logo and a bit more thought on layout/colour selection would do wonders - seems far too generic
When I think of movie web designs, I think of bright designs splashing in one corner of the website, a slide show going off on the side, a small thumbnail image gallery section in one corner of the website, and a very well designed banner title that one cannot forget. I think your template is pretty basic and needs some more creativity like other movie sites have if you want to compete with them. Over all I think your web page is pretty decent and you have a pretty good start.
