Help With Proxy

My proxy always gets an error when i try and surf a site with it. I used a good template I found off the internet but everytime i try and surf an error comes up instead of the site.
Could someone take a look at it and give me advice on how to fix it.

Try and either reinstall the template or find a new one. I've always found Free Proxy Templates a reliable source to get templates from, so, no offence, but you've probably done something wrong. As I say, delete what's currently on the hosting and reupload all the template files you have in the same order that you downloaded them (all in correct folders etc)

Well then it's your error. What platform are you using to run the proxy (Glype, PHProxy, Zelune etc)? Have you made sure to upload every file that came with the download?

Also, why have you got 2 accounts posting the same question? You'll probably get banned for that.
