My NEW "Red-Makeover" for my site...

Hey guys,

Let me know what you think of my new "red look" for my website...

(...it used to have a dull/dark blue look and I decided to change it to red).

The red is fine but the page looks a little too busy.

 

I feel the same way, what do you suggest??...

 

I see why you used the color "red" for your site but the color red is very hard on
your eyes. And the background color is not the best color to go with red.

Here's some of my suggestions:

1. Change your top banner with a lighter color. Make it more appealing and
professional.

2. Take away AmateurMatch and place Adsense Ads intead.

3. Move Member Login to the right where it's visible without scrolling down.

4. Change the color of the main "rate my looks" section to white instead.

5. Move up the Galleries to where Member Login was.

6. I would strongly recommend to change red to white and maybe background
color to red.

7. AmateurMatch banners are just all over. Take some away and put some
other ads.

Logo sounds good.Sorry to tell u that the site is not more attractive,red color is not fair and page seemes to be busy and traffic.It would be fine if you alot the space for each one having some space between them.Thanks.

 

Agree. There is too much of everything on the home page. It is not an eye-friendly color. But this is just my subjective treatement

 

I tried white as the main color, instead of red, and it didnt seem to come out right for me...I think red is an "OK" color to choose as it makes the site stand out more and more rememberable. As for the ads, I can always get rid of them, that's really not my concern...I'm more concerned on the looks/layout of the site. Maybe I will try white again some more after screwin' around with it

 

any other colors you guys suggest instead of red??...let me know - I wanna experiment with different color schemes.

 

I agree. I suggest making the page wider and use less ads

 

Everything looks a bit cramp to me. I think if you redesign and create some space, that would be much better.

 

The total layout looks good..but, the red color is not very attractive...choose any light colors.

 

I like the total layout too, maybe if I used a very very light red as the background color??...what do you think??

 

I like the idea for the website, however I would take out half the ads more/less and shorten the page a bit to make it look nicer. Also a good idea would be to take some of that Information out so it isn't as cramped. As for the color it makes it hard to read so i would go back to the blue setup
