Well you are probably lucky they did not fully shut down your account.

Were you buying any traffic or have site link in auto traffic or anything?

What was the so called copyright content on the site?

Make another site and try again, this time follow rules closer.

I just want to know whether they gave any notice about copyrighted contents or not.
What type of contents are you displaying in that page?

Just FYI, you get two site disable notices - then one more infraction and they will ban your account.

I got banned a few years ago, and they didn't give me a warning or an explanation. I have tried to get them to talk, but they won't. I have tried to get reinstated, but I haven't been able to.

I have moved on and never looked back :)

It's good to know that they gave you that warning to prevent any future violations. There are no other programs that match the earning potential of Adsense so I would recommend you respect their rules, and don't try to cheat their system. This includes things such as confusing your visitors into thinking your Adsense is part of your navigation.

You just have to play according to their game, that's all. It's part of being in Adsense.

Everytime I hear about someone banned from Adsense I think "oh no, how will they replace that missing 14 cents a day?".

If you are going to run warez sites, you may as well put adult ads on there, they'll do better than adsense anyway.

    That's right!

"Warez" refers primarily to copyrighted works traded in violation of copyright law. The term generally refers to illegal releases by organized groups, as opposed to peer-to-peer file sharing between friends or large groups of people with similar interest

It is because its a warez site... the letter is clear... displaying copyrighted material! Google is looking for unique content and until people learn and start to make sites according to their TOS, they will keep banning you and for a good reason.

14 cents a day??? Dude, there are some people out there who earn thousands a day. It really depends on how much traffic you get. In lots of instances, Google Adsense will convert much better than promoting a few high-paying affiliate programs.

    Warez would explain it.
why bother setting up a warez site? you will only end up getting hundreds of DMCA takedowns and be getting sued everyday of the week if it gets big. You'll also get on the bad side of the companies and if you ever look for a job from them, they wont give it.

Dude, you put adsense on warez site? What are you stupid or something? Count your blessings and be happy they didn't shut down your whole account. Move on and make sure you’re compliant like your life depended on it from this moment on.
