There are two points that webmasters should keep in mind. First - $1 is the maximum payout and if the clicks dont convert into sign ups , the CPC decrease drastically. See the pay per click chart. Second - they can shift you to percentage payout account anytime they feel that visitors from your links, are not converting well.
well...AFF (adultfrienfinder.com) is really good. my suggestion is not using their PPC but sending all of your traffic to their rev share or paty per order programs. In my case it proved to be really good.
