100k target

Im setting myself an end of next year target of 100k from websites, affiliates etc.

Is this achieveable or am i deluding myself, im not well enough to work so need money and the only way i can acheieve that is via websites, ads, affiliates etc.

I have no skills so cant design sites etc, well i can my own but not for money. Im a little modest as i can code xhtml,css, compliant w3c sites for myself but not for others.

Can this be done? and if adsense were to ban me id prob be screwed even though i make very little from adsense.

How else can i pull in this revenue?

 

Well I think it would be extremely difficult to earn that but it isn't impossible.

 

check out some affiliate marketing companies- clickbank, cpa networks, and promote their products.
I used to sell on ebay also

Thanks guys i have over 50k from another business anyway, so i may aswell just plan to start another business than wasting my time with websites, affiliates etc if it wont make me money?

 

Not easy but very much achieveable,specially with affiliate business.The main thing is you keep focus on what u will be doing and yes outsourcing plays an important part too.

Go, powerlifer, go! Setting a goal is #1 step to success and we'll be glad to get your updates. You mentioned that you "cant design sites etc, well i can my own but not for money", and it's ok. In my understanding you have some skills as a web designer but never been paid for it. My advice: don't start with big project, get small projects first and you will earn confidence, money and feedback.

 

Thanks guys im going to try my hardest for this goal as like i say im not well enough for physical work.

I can design the front end aspect of sites and code to w3c standards using xhtml and css for layout, semantic mark-up etc. Ive been paid before but like i say no confidence and its been a while.

Guess im going to have to look into more well paying affiliates and selling ad space.

Well ive got 1k so far only 99 to go lol.

I dont think its going to be doable to be honest just through pure ad/affiliate but ive been wrong before.

If anyone wants to donate a thousand to the powerlifer is ill fund id be more than happy lol.

I cant forget about tax either so im just meaning 100k in revenue not pure profit.

Im not getting into the game of doing freelancing etc so what does that leave except posting 3 billion posts for 0.10 lol.

 

Based on that attitude, you'll never make it, if you think geting banned from a program that makes you very little will screw your goal!!!!! Quick, check in to da unemployment department!!!

 

I'd say the main issue is:

Never trust your income at SERP's. I did and went from 3K month to $1/day. Sad but true.

Develop a business model where you can get high income with another income flux.

 

Adsense is utter sh*t! Really.

I made that level of income once, though eventually I got back into import/export making me much more than that, then the high gas prices earlier killed my business, and I'm coming back to white hat sites again. It's gotten easier, IMO.

Just gotta work hard, and put out a ton of relevant, well-monetized content. I started webmastering again a month ago and I'm already reaching my old levels, though these past two weeks are really terrible for affiliates, kind of a calm before the storm. Only products selling right now are last-minute gifts cuz nobody has money to waste right now (earnings for most other non-giftable products are one-third or one-half of usual).
