    If you have questions about a rule, you can PM a moderator at any time. To find a list of moderators, just go to the main forum page and scroll down. Above the big list of users who are online, there's a link saying "view forum leaders." That will give you a list of moderators / admins, and let you know who's online and available to answer your question.
