You obviously forgot to mention the most important fact that the Palestinians want to bring back some 10-20 million of their "refugees" and they want a part of Jerusalem and they also want all the Israeli settlements in the territories dismantled - that's hundreds of thousands of people. This is just not going to happen and they know it which is why they set impossible terms

Occupied territories are Palestinian land and they will get it back no matter what and now matter how long it would take. Israel knows that and that's why they never anexed Gaza and West Bank.

Right of return for the refugee's is un-negotiable, if you kick them out of their homes they should have the right to return.
