How do I set up my Blog so people can register?

How do I set up my Blog so people can register? I thought I had it set up right but when someone else goes to register it comes up 404 error. Blog is www dot consolidation-guide dot com

 

If it's a wordpress blog, all you would have to do is "enable" users to register from home page and then show "meta" information box. Usually top link in meta is a registration link.

 

I have it set up so anyone can register under memberships under "settings" in the backend of Wordpress. I do not see where they can register on front page. How do I set this up?

 

when anyone clicks on the register link, wordpress will take them to the registration page.

 

I have a subscribe to RSS feed on my front page but no register link...is there a plug in for this or do I have to program it?

Do you want your login and registration within your website? like when you click on register link, it will not go to a different page but inside the same theme and show the page for registration.

What are the pros and cons of having your login within your website compared with outside your website. Which way is better?

 

I think login page within the website is good to see and more professional.
