Meet an optometrist. Most probably they would suggest you to wear a anti-reflective glass. Use an anti-glare glass for your computer monitor (this is very cheaper than wearing the spects). Based on your eye condition, the optometrist may suggest usage of some eye drops. Your Eyes burn when there is insufficient water in your eyes. The eye-drops help to overcome this burning sensation.
The only way to help yourself is to stay away from long hours staring at the screen. Sometimes, when I know my eyes are just tired and can no longer take it anymore, then I will just stop.
If you want to increase your EYE sight then you must do followings: 1. Get early and wash out the Eyes with cold water. 2. Walk with open leg in grace in maximum time... 3. Whenever you are free wash you eyes with cold water (four to five times in a day) 4. Wear good spects also....
I wake up at 5:30 in the morning for namaz and as you might know, its compulsory to wash the face before your perform namaz. I perform namaz five times a day means 5 times washing face per day!
First of all, you need to see an eye doctor to find out what's really wrong. If it's eye strain, exercises do help (my brother's doctor made him do them years ago, and his eyes have been fine since). I don't remember all of them, but one is to stare in a direction where there is a good distance ahead of you and multiple focus points. You change the focus of your eyes from one point to the next repeatedly. For example, if I look out my window there is a tree a few yards outside. Past that tree is a house further in the distance. Past that is a distant tree-lined hill. First, I would look at the pane of glass from the window. Then, I'd need to focus through the glass to focus on the tree. Then the eyes adjust focus further to look at the house. Then even further to the hill. Then you go in reverse. - I actually do this whenever my eyes are strained from the computer. In the past I felt like I had a similar issue with distances from long hours working, but if I do that regularly, my vision stays fine.
Whenever your on the computer and your loading a page, or your downloading something look away from the computer, instead of looking at the progress bar
