Only one blog on the first list is actually do-follow, but only after you have posted 10 comments. You can look at the source for the comments links, to see it.

 

Two out of the six are N/A...probably banned by Google. The other four are Page Rank 0. Are these really good backlinks for your website?

Isn't anyone using Comment Kahuna these days. I haven't used it in a while but it used to find some pretty good no-follows.

These are new blogs with decent traffic. PR in not important when traffic is coming Each blog has 150-200 uniques per day.

Thanks for the list but they aren't good for SERP because they aren't allowing your keyword to be use as your name.
