I do not think they are worth much at all unless hooked to a made site. Those names seem like you are trying to steal traffic from someone else. Which is fine, but seems like spamy names to me. I do like the shorter one opposed to the longer one, but I do not think they are worth more than 20 bux each in my opinion.

 

Both of those names are worth reg fee undeveloped. In regards to your 2nd name, you would really need to develop & brand that name for that to have value.

Domanis on their own maybe reg fee or less. Brand them, build them, fill them with visitors and sell them.
