looking for a quality assistant - want to hire a webmaster/php - monthly pay

    I'm looking for someone that knows PHP/XHTML/CSS and will help me get a website to the top of google and yahoo. This person should understand basic webmaster stuff like PR and link building techniques, as well as basic programming like PHP or XHTML.
