Same thing here Kartal with Filinet, I just wrote about it here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1149329 When my account got closed my affiliate manager told me an account executive from Rocket Profit was in their office and he also said bad words about me, even though a colleague of mine who had an experience with them, and was communicating with them, was blamed for something that was their fault. I presume Filinet and Rocket Profit are related to each other. If you haven't received your October payout don't be surprised, they might suspend your account I assume, that's what happened to me anyway. Very upset about all this.
The company launched a project at Dindragoste.net Accepted us after seeing our live fully working demo they also accepted that site had no errors, they escrowed money to us on getacoder of US 3000$ we did all installations and they released money after testing it after 5 hours, they charged back 3000$ and all money went back, they still running our code on their site. On asking, they say, if we make a new clone of set features, then they will give us money else not which was never discussed with them earlier. beware of http://www.Dindragoste.net aka able cebrain aka aka Dindrag
i also did not get my last month earnings yet, but i have been paid by them in past. Don't know what to do?
Filinet and Rocket Profit are not related to each other, at least not corporately. However, it's not unusual for Networks to work with and visit each other. Now, on to the Rocket Profit issue. Were you running a lot of email and zip submits? If so, were you incentivizing users to enter in their email or zip in exchange for points, gifts, or cash? If so, that's why they cut you. To be honest, I won't allow Rocket Profit to take any of my own email or zip submits into their network because I don't think they are adequately communicating to the affiliate that incentivizing traffic on submits isn't permitted, because it simply doesn't back out.
All of my conversions for November are gone, just gone. I used PPC traffic on a non-incentive page for an email submit, and they are all just gone.
Can you tell me who your AM is? You should not have conversions simply taken away with no explaination as to what's going on. If you altered their text in any way, or hinted that all the user needed to do was "just put in your email to qualify" or anything like that, I'd imagine that's what they cut you.
I don't know who you are mate, but if they said check was sent out and I didn't receive it and now they don't want to send it back they're doing the same thing Rocketprofit did to other affiliates who complained here in the forum. I would hazard more affiliates will come to complain this soon. The story advertiser complained and now they don't pay sounds to me like a load of BS. Maybe I should listen to the guy's advice and sue them for the money they owe me.
