Just wondered if anybody has used or is using http://www.bidvertiser.com if so what have your experiences and profits been like. I'm currently trialling it as my alternate adsense url and I'll report results here or on my blog.
I started to use them in January 2005. My first check should arrive soon and I hope it will Overall I like them. The proffit is good (in the same range as AdSense for my case). The engine is fast, but I've noticed that sometimes their ads produce JavaScript error on the page I put it (it does not happen often, but I saw it...). There is a lack of detailed click reports in their web interface. You can't generate this kind of report, but at the same time you can email them and ask for it - they did it for me gladly.
Thanks for the info Bezel (hope you get your first check soon ), from what I've seen the PPC seems pretty good and there are plenty of relevent ads for one of my sites. The stats do seem a bit minimalistic to say the least, do they update in real time do you know or is there some iknd of adsense like lag?
They have a lag as well, but it's not so big as AdSense. Actually it seems to me there are two lags - one is for clicks update and the second for your number of impressions. The first one is a really small lag or at least it's number of times less then a second. I can see multiple clicks updates before the number of my impressions is getting changed. It reminds me BidClix - they do the same way.
I have heard they dont pay too wel for clicks. Are you sure you are getting as much as adsense? ALso I wouldnt suggest advertising with them as they allow paid to read email sites. That type of traffic is really bad and worthless.
I average about 11 cents per click and some of the time the ads go great with my site and other times it's way off. They started a new thing that ads are ebay auctions which I think is a good idea, seems to be getting more clicks.
Well, another month they havent paid. Very poor support... For week no answer and when do still not answer the question.... Earning are low but some Ad have good payout... Personally having problem with payment system and support being slow not as good i thought it could be...
I have been using them since December 2005 I believe and they always have paid me within the first 5 days of each month when I was due. I must admit they have changed their script again you used to be able to see previous earnings, current earnings and earnings pending to be paid... Now it looks like they only show you current earnings. And also my earnings per click have plumented... was earning at least $1 per week not much but alot for the amount of traffic I was getting, but now I am lucky if it is $0.20 and it is the same advertisers and even more traffic and more clicks. Drew
One word: SCAM Search it up on Google. They usually suspend your account right before you reach the minimum payout amount.
They suspended my account once as one of my sites apparently was generating too many fraudulent clicks just what google had said but I asked them to remove the site from my profile and they then re-activated my account and since then no problems apart from the earnings dropping dramatically. Drew.
Here is a screenshot of my account if it helps at all, yes some people have had bad experience with this one but which company out there can say they have had no complaints either. Drew.
Well it is up to you, It depends on whether you want the income guaranteed. I mean you could certainly trial it and see what happens. After all it is only 30 days lost but depending on the site it could be alot of income. When I say 30 days lost that is if it does not work for you. Drew.
I agree with Oze, give them a try if earning are not good to you expectations then you leave them . Try them if you are not already enrolled by another affiliates and you are geting paid by them...
I get enough clicks to earn something like $10 from 25000 pageviews compared to 25 to 50 times with adsense
