I suppose everybody here uses computer. So i want to know if you've ever experienced this. Whenever i my unplug my laptop from power supply (electricity), though i'm still on battery, my PC becomes slow. I mean really slow to the extent that it even hangs. What i then do is that i restart the system. It really pisses me off when i have to do this but i got no choice. This is where you come in. If you have ever experienced this or heard about this before, you can advice me about this. (my Laptop is HP 510 and uses windows Operating System) I really would appreciate all comments Thanks
Sounds to me like your laptop battery is about to go. If it works fine when it's connected to the mains. It nearly hangs when you unplug it. A new battery for your laptop would hopefully work.
I also agree that your battery is about to be gone if you can aford a new one buy one, hopefully that solves the issue.
Depending on your statement, I agree with the rest that it could be the battery of your laptop that is causing you all of these discomforts. But before throwing those battery out, try to bring it to a professional technician to have it checked... CopyScaper
^ hes got a point. look in ur bios under advanced bios support and see if theres anything power related there and try changing it to normal.
Thanks tippie, it possible it could be battery set up mode is at low mode. So how do i get to rectify this? Any idea?
Hey i have tried this and some many other things. And i'm sure my battery is OK because its just 6months. It seems no one has an idea of how to solve this problem. Thanks anyway
May be in control panel option , the settings of power options may be changed . Please , check it first .
True as armyboy12 said if that doesn't work see if you can try another battery (maybe a friend could help?) also get the original checked out before discarding, they can be expensive to replace. If the battery is tested there's nothing wrong with it, then it could be a power supply problem with the transformers/inductors that trim the loads. see a computer technician to help on that. hope this helps ROOFIS
