When you visit a website and it is infected with a Trojan or something, your anti-virus will alarm and give you a choice to abort....but...

Is there some type of Checker out there to where you could type in your URL and trace the infections?

What is the best method to find the infections in a website in your opinion.

    Thanks in advance!:)

Do you know if the site is infected or not?

    Google - web virus scanner

Try downloading the page and opening it up in wordpad ( depending on the file type ) and see if its got any obvious exploits/remote inclusion virii.

I do the manual thing like that and it works but I just got done cleaning a site that had 67 files corrupted and I was just wondering with all of the SEO and other type checkers out there that they might have some type of checker that can locate them all at once.

onlinelinkscan.com/ works great but no guarantee.
Today, crackers use different encryption algos to hide malware, most of AV fail to detect.
