After a good struggle I had joined a cpa affiliate company shareasale.com - This company itself had denied me once for the same site with which I re-joined. May be, they are check the alexa rank and determines a site traffic to be accepted. First my site ranked 16,500,000+ and rejected. Now my site ranks in 500,000+ and accepted. So, I hope that should be the actual reason.

Now when I gone through almost all CPA offers in the website, I hope my site visitors will love some cpa offers available over there. So, I hope I'll make good money with them. Single lead pays $10 and that is pretty amazing. So, now I realize a cpa affiliate with even a minimum traffic can make some good money isn't it? Let's say you get 50 visits a day and just one lead, you get $10 a day. That is simple isn't it?

I am not sure if they see alexa to approve your account but they do accept easily if u follow up with call after submitting your info.Try to add related niche offers on your site and then focus on traffic,targeted traffic is key and yes you are right,CPA model works much better that CPS as user is not required to buy anything.

 

Do they need W9 form for americans and W8 form for foreigners to be paid?

 

Not all networks asked for w8/w9 forums.Hydra asked me to send,marketleverage,neverblue,copeac did not ask.Some networks ask u to fill w8/w9 info during the sign up process.

probably all will reuire, but copeac for example require you to type some verification code. So you don't even need to talk with them. And I like it, cause I can write OK in English, but talk give me a hard time.

U will get automated call from them and then some voice which will tell u code.

 

Shareasale actually approved my account without any phone verification. But they wanted us to sign up with a email that is under the domain that we fill in their application form. That way, they reduce those who sign up with other websites. So, I suppose they never needed a phone verification.
