Got three emails this morning from customers trying to purchase a product, but couldn't because their credit cards and paypal payments are being rejected. Very frustrating...

One of the customers contacted clickbank directly and do you know what clickbank told them?

They told the customer who's credit card was rejected three times to contact the publisher and request a different payment processor.

    Ridiculous.

I got a sale yesterday. Customer paid with Visa. First one in weeks. Is it wishful thinking to believe their problem is fixed?

I took a look at Paydotcom. Can't find anything for the niches I'm working. Sucks. CB so sucks.

    Here's something for you guys:

Every single sale since last week have ALL been paid with a Visa card. No PayPal, no Mastercard, no Amex, just Visa. And I've had close to around 30 sales.

So yea, their system is definitely messed up. In fact, I'm going to be releasing a product of my own to the general public that soon that has been performing well by itself, and I WAS going to do it via CB.

Now, I'm leaning more towards PayDotCom. Yea, you have to deal with your affiliates and pay them out, but at least I know I'll be making sales.

CB is blowing it. They really are. There's competitors out there that look like they are doing what CB is doing but doing it better. Eventually people will get fed up with CB and try the competition.

I plan on running an A/B test for my product between CB and Click2Sell - sending traffic to both a CB landing page and a Click2Sell landing page and see what the results are (the pages will be exactly the same, the only difference will be the payment processing.)

    Does Click2Sell use paypal alone?

All cb competition have potential but they all fail because it seen that none of them have their own payment processor - they all connect to paypal...

Today i noticed that the clickbank checkout have only mastercard and visa on it (icons)... anyone noticed this as well?

Welcome here. There are a lot of people frustrated with CB but there is still nothing compared to it.
