Offshore hosting is in Netherlands and the Onshore plans are hosted in USA. Members who are interested like to know where their site's are hosted, which country. If your going to start Porn/Warez Forums you should go for offshore plans as we ignore DMCA's however if you get USA Hosting and start a warez or porn forum your site will be suspended if we recieve any complaints/DMCA's.
