Say a keyword has 85 million searches when you out it is google.

Then you "keyword" and there is 85 thousand with that keyword. Does that

Keyword have a value do you believe. And I am talking about the .com domain.

    Thanks

Of course it has value. If there are so many searches for a keyword like this then it must have value and if you have found a .com domain name for it then you sure are lucky because you have just found your niche. All you got to do now is invest your time and make magic. :D

    Good Luck!

It might be next to impossible to get a one word keyword domain with such high search volumes. But yeah, keyword in domain names does add value to your SEO efforts.

what if your keyword term is partially in your domain...for example my site
    teenjobscene
part of the reason i chose that name is b/c it contains the keyword "teen jobs" that is my #1 keyword i am going after. does this make a difference or not really??

I know obviously it is not as good as "teen jobs".com

It does make a difference. Partial keywords in domains adds more SEO benefits than none at all...

Yeah, its always a plus point to have a keyword in the domain, it surely help a lot in you SEO campaigns.
But the issue is you really dont get those premium domains easily. Almost all of them are gone way back.
