Wow, never really thought that way, Pretty Impressive. But i must say that i have never seen a usual website with PR 10
In simple words: the site's PR is measured by the quality of the backlinks it has (not quantity, but quality), but this doesn't mean the site receives more traffic (in fact, Google announced that the sites PR is one of the 200 factors that are included when considering the sites ranking in the Google search results).
Most of the PR10 sites quoted there have since dropped to PR9 or lower. I think Google has 'raised the bar' on these sites otherwise there would be to much competition between them for their given authority. Additionally a lot more top end websites could (in theory) end up on PR10 which would saturate that level thus create no distinction between them for authority, not that the SERPS is totally dependent on PR but a good percentage is. http://adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ http://www.firstgov.gov/ http://www.google.com/ http://www.usa.gov/ Code (markup): I think these are the only sites which have PR10.
A lot have dropped, mainly adobe.com one you guys still didn't mention is http://usa.gov It's still PR10 (speaking of which, it has the AddThis widget. Funny to see such huge official sites use the widget... which is now PR9 btw)

Just stumbled upon this page in adoble.com http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ The Firefox plugin (Search Status 1.29) scored this page 10/10 wonder if the webmaster/s there would give me a backlink on it (hehe) oh well back to the drawing board. ROOFIS
