I'm sorry but your design does not look professional, if you would like to be
successful you need a better design. You should consider getting a professional
    template.

I'm not trying to look like every other web host out there. I am going for something unique, that will stick with a visitor. All the templates look the same. Thank you for your input, I am working to further develop the site. Can you give any other feedback such as what would make it more professional

I'm sorry, but the graphics are bad and the colors are awful. Look at some other hosting sites -- or some other sites, for that matter -- and see how they do things.

I was thinking of going with a more subdued color, like black/grey/white for the graphics. I went with the Red and Blue as that is the color of the logo, lonestar=texas red and blue=texas flag. But I was trying to get some feedback as to what it is like right now.

The name has potential. But I feel like I'm back in my Web 1.0 days with your site. You want a site where people feel comfortable spending some money with you, yours doesnt really have that vibe.

Also, the red on the blue background hurts my eyes...

I'm not trying to be harsch, but your site needs a makeover man...

Try to make the site blend with that live support image. If the entire site was like that, it would be pretty decent.

Adding a color scheme and a logo that isn't distorted will help. Not trying to be harsh at all, just trying to tell you what I think and that is what you're asking for when you posted here.

Sorry I have to agree with the others. Colors are rough and the design looks retro....Good luck

The site needs completely redoing as at the moment it looks terrible and it is very unlikely anyone would spend money with you.

You need a new logo, new nav bar, the support button should fit in and the colours used for the graphics are really bad.

Try making it more neutral and copying the styles of other great sites. If tat fails then you should possible consider getting a professional to do it.

With hosting, people will go with companys with either a good reputation, good price or well designed site.

You definitely need to change your layout - there are a plenty of great clean, professional website layouts on the internet, even for free - just do a liitle research.

I wish you very best in your business.

Good content but I think you need to freshen up the graphics to more of a web2.0 theme. There only a few bucks here and at themeforest.net

The combination of blue box with red border doesn't looks professional. People will judge your site less worthy and they would cancel their order pretty quickly.

    hostlonestar,

I will have to agree with kingofsanda as far as the professional design. I just redesign mine... take a look in my sig. I just now have to put the content in and the products / services and my site will be basically done. I know I still have a few more adjustments that needs to be done, but overall, it looks pretty darn good compare to what it use to look like.

If you do hire someone to do redesign your site, PM as I can give you a really good deal.

    Adam

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR FEEDBACK!!!!!!! It honestly looked a lot better when I did the graphics in fireworks lol. I will have a new site launched by the weekend, hopefully by Thursday. I agree it is horrible, looked much better in design than on the web. I plan on changing the colors to a neutral black/white/grey. I'm not sure what happened with the logo. I went with red/blue because of the Texas Flag, apparently, not so great. I will post again when I get the new one up. It will have a much more neutral color scheme. I am also redesigning the logo.

Just have to think about your company's image in the customers mind. If the designs looks like they were created by a child. Will they trust your service will be on the same level? For instance would you take your computer to a 8 yr old to get fixed and they have crayon drawn pamlets advertising there service.

Ouch. Save your content locally, and delete all your hard work from the server. I would then load joomla or WP software onto your site, and use one of their free templates.
