Established affiliate business that has been taking care of all my necessary expenses for last 7 months. Business earns me about $6000-$8000 a month in pure profit.

This is an established business that comes with everything in place ready for new owner to takeover and start making money from the DAY 1. I am not going to reveal a lot about it on public forum here but I will share the required information here...

Business is 100% established with everything in running form.

Its an affiliate business and you promote an affiliate offer on few websites that I will share with the new owner.

Business is setup in a way that its 99% automated. Comes with two fulltime employees who know every single aspect of this business and they handle every single thing. From day to day operations and all you have to do is lookover them, give them daily instructions and collect the check from CJ. It cant get any easier than this. Your employees will handle 100% of the business for you. One of them has been working with us for last 6 months and the other one was hired 2 months ago for additional help. They are fulltime offshore employees and they work 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Work is done 7 days a week so one of the employees work on weekends and takes two days off during the weekday. Job can be easily handled by one employee too but you do need the second one for additional help and to take care of things incase one of them requests a leave. Both of these employees are highly qualified, college graduates with bachelors degree in Comp Science so they can also perform lot of other tasks. Both of them know all ins and outs of this business and can handle it all by themselves.

Business comes with everything else setup too including the landing pages.

Business also comes with a special relationship with the advertiser itself. Special relations with affiliate manager and exclusive offers from the advertiser. Company itself is VERY well known and the biggest company of UK in its industry.

Basically its a hand off operation where your employees manage everything. All you have to do is spend 10-15 minutes a day looking over what they are doing and if they have done the work or not yet and give them instructions and stuff and spend 20-30 minutes every 2-3 days to post an ad unless you want to share your credit card information with your employees. They are trained to do that too.

So if its that perfect business model, Why sell it? The reason for sale is that it has reached its full potential I cannot take it to next level. While the income will remain the same and very consistent there is not much you can do to increase it even further. Second main reason for sale is that I just came back from some business trips out of country where I made quite big investments and I was welcomed back home by a legal judgement of $60,000 against me by someone who I got into an accident with 6 months ago and they had their lower back surgery that I have to pay for. While my insurance is covering the matter, I am in negotiation with the other party trying to reach a settlement and for that I need as much liquid cash as possible. Third main reason is that I am NOT expecting or looking to sell 100% of the business so I would much rather become a partner with someone or find someone who can pay me in installments to make it easier for him and for me at the same time.

There is no site that is being sold here. Its a business that has landing pages and I cannot share the URL of landing pages except with the buyer.

I am willing to accept any payment method as long as its feasible for me. I prefer bank transfer or certified check though

Business is in Dating and Personals niche. No, employees are not based in UK. That would cost more than profit Employees are based in a developing country and are trained well. They are well qualified so there is nothing to worry about.

I was out of town in emergency and could not reply to the PMs and emails that i received or post the screenshots here as i did not have internet access and had to login from office to get into CJ account for this business. You can check the commission for this month in the current balance which includes nov payment as that has not yet been sent and includes december commissions which are about $3k if you take the total of nov from the total of current balance.

I received atleast 40 PMs from people who are interested in this and I provided everyone with my MSN... Since I was busy yesterday I did not get a chance to talk to everyone but I did talk to 6 guys. 3 of them are ready for a $10k down payment. One of them told me that he will get back with me with a BIN offer. I have yet to get back to them with additional information or negotiate further. Since I have 3 same high offers of $10k down payment. I am doing a last call until tomorrow for anyone who would like to know more and negotiate a deal.
