But really no matter how tired you are, getting outside in the fresh air and going for 10-15 walk will give a boost too :)

Remedies for tiredness ? A cold shower, watching an episode of MTV cribs, watching a motivational video of someone in your niche that has made it big, reading about someone else at DP who's site is doing better than yours...

    - These methods have worked very well for me as I am not tired anymore ;)

The best natural home remedy is to first plan your sleep time at the same
peroid for each day. Each day you work as hard (both mentally and physically)
as you can until you feel fatigue. Your melatonin level (sleep hormone) starts
to kick in and it is most important to sleep in an area that is completely dark
and devoid of sound. This should help to establish REM sleep

(Rapid Eye Movement) which is your dream sleep zone. In this zone you give
your mind and body the best possible chance of repairing itself for the day
ahead. From personal experience try not to take things like sleeping pills or
headache tablets, for in doing so you make your body 'biologically lazy' in
developing its own hormones to naturally relieve you of these things.

oh by the way if pain insists please see your doctor:D

    Hope this helps:)

A warm shower and a good night's sleep would do. What do you expect? Herbal medication?
