My advice to you is: get a dedicated server. Or a host that oversells terribly.

For 100GB storage and 5TB bandwidth, people actually pay more than $200/month. If you're on such a tight budget, something like 10GB storage and 50GB bandwidth will sound more reasonable.

If you insist, however, then just look around on DP - there will be many hosts willing to offer you 100GB/5TB for under $20.

 

you are asking for trouble if you go with shared hosting and you actually use that much space and bandwidth - and as exa said, people pay more than $200 for that much bandwidth, basic servers get around 1.5 - 2 tb bandwidth...5tb is a lot

you should look for something small at first then, and then work on getting more space and bandwidth as the site starts to support itself

Unfortunately, if you realize that you ain't going to use that much in the first month then I would highly recommend you to go with the most minimum plans at first and upgrade when it needed and that can save you from costing a lot money.

100GB Space for a shared hosting is equal to a VPS or so, and 5K of bandwidth is usually not available on Shared Hosting. I can help you on customize your needs with the right budget, just give me a pm for that.
