I was sent an email from another forum I'm in, so I had to check it out. I'm very skeptical about joining a program like this, so I wanted to get some feed back from any other members. Has anyone ever heard of this working before? I'd love to know if anyone has had some success with it. The site I went to was www.noregrets.info. This isn't a plug for the site, I'm just not so sure if it's something worth my time. Anyone have any feedback?
Actually, I did the research on the legality of it. Otherwise I wouldn't even be considering it. It is clearly stated in IRS Tax Code Title 29 and Publication 950 that cash gifts up to $12,000 per person per calendar year are allowed. And a plus to that is that the gifted money is not taxed as well since it has already been taxed upon. My gut tells me I want to do it, hence this post, but the skeptical side of me is still too strong to commit money to this. I was hoping for a few "good" stories about this to maybe wain me over to the other side. I suppose I'll just have to wait. Thanks for the input. Any other stories of "horror' or "success" are welcome!
Well it's classified as a pyramid scheme and according to Wikipedia: Good luck with your research, I personally wouldn't though
Actually, this is completely legal. This is not just another MLM scheme. It's a lot different...you have to read about it's structure on the info pages. Anyways, I've been using this particular gifting program with promising results so far. For the past 2 months, I've made an average of $3k USD every week, cash in my pocket. OBVIOUSLY It isn't for everyone, but if you're like me, it's a slice of heaven. I bought a new 50" Plasma in cash my 2ND week. It's no joke.
I am pretty sure it is illegal. Don't they all fall underneath the cash scheming laws in some places?
Wow. 3k a week MarkRuzz? I could live pretty comfortably off that. LOL. I spoke with a buddy of mine about this as well (he's a lawyer), and he said as long as their is a contract between the two parties exchanging the gift, then it's 100% legal. So, I called the site to see if they in fact had this and sure enough, they do. It's part of the requirements. I also asked them if this was legal, and they assured me everything was. They give you everything as well to make sure of your success. I'm signing up for this tomorrow I think. Especially hearing about your success with this Mark! Can you maybe provide me some more details about how to get traffic and what made you so successful?
All of you that say it's a scam...have you actually TRIED this program? True, most of the time MLM-type programs are illegal. This IS NOT. They found loopholes in the laws: epicwealthsystems.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=4&nav=0,1 I know that the cash I receive every day only comes with one thing... a big SMILE.
If you look into the history of cash gifting you will find out that it is an ancient rite. it was and is a way to build wealth when used correctly. basically you scratch my back ill scratch yours. It is illegal because the leaders know and use this technique to acquire money. Take a deep look into business and stock markets, hey are basically cash gifting. loan money, sell it to another sector, then they sell it to another and so forth, unfortunately they are greedy and it failed. and anyone who says pyramids are a scheme why don't you take a look at businesses, police, and military. look how they are structured, they are all pyramids. It is given a bad name intentionally. yes the peps on top get all the money but when you have a spill over everyone succeeds . I cash gift all the time with friends and I'm sure you all do to.. think about it. "hey man, can i borrow 20 bucks for a show ticket? Ill get you back man" Then next time your friends needs a hook up, you hook them up and mostly likely a little extra for helping you out. that is the basis of cash gifting. Just like TransAmerica's tag line says.. "the power of the pyramid"
The system is legal as long as they follow the IRS regs regarding amounts and the proper documentation for giving. There are people generating cash from these programs. I am in Epioc Wealth sytem and have only been in for a short time and I concur with a former poster that the instant sums of 1000's is not the norm. I have found a mentor working with a low low cost program who has really taken the focus off of instant cash and moved it to team building. Simply stated, we all promote a single site that offers a co-operative approach to building interest and sign ups and we all work toward the goal of getting everyone to their target number of team members and then duplicate the system for each of them. Ralph has provided a plan that allows for low to no cost marketing and is a real guy who actually answers his phone. Paul

I came across a website a year ago and called the guy. He was in the medical field just like me so it lent credibility. I did my due dilligence--yes more then just coming on to a forum where people lay out there opinions "as if" they are based on any actual knowledge or research. Legally there are certain guidelines to follow and yes there needs to be documentation with every gift. I looked at it as a form of leveraging which wealthy people do all the time. It worked well for me and continues to. I tried MLM and did not make money. With Gifting I use predesigned postcards that direct people to my site and people join. I am an honest person with integrity so maybe that's why I do well. On the other hand it's not rocket science. There are some systems that are much better then others and I checked out all the major ones. I am enterpreneurial by nature so It allowed me to generate cash pretty quickly so that I could pursue other interests. www.wealthdelivered.com
