    This is a major project.

    That's a massive undertaking. Good luck with it. To really kick it off
    is going to take a heap of people I believe who are online and passionate
    about their city.

    Maybe take out an ad in craigslist in each city and find a team of 50 - just an idea. a forum that big could pay big dividends for everyone.

    That is a great idea, if I had the time I would volunteer to be a co admin for Texas :D Unfortunately I'm trying to get my web hosting business off the ground :(
