That's a massive undertaking. Good luck with it. To really kick it off
is going to take a heap of people I believe who are online and passionate
about their city.

 

Maybe take out an ad in craigslist in each city and find a team of 50 - just an idea. a forum that big could pay big dividends for everyone.

I am planning on hiring a mod for each state. I thought about recruiting from other forums.

 

For the first time you can write grabber to populate your database.
