1.If a website is hosted on shared IP affects PR of the site? If some less quality/new websites hosted on same IP?

2.My blog was in higher/special crawl rate of google. If I make new post within 10 minutes it gets listed in google.I shifted blog from blogger to wordpress.I just came to know that I will loose google achievements n yeah I did.I posted a post and its a day after it but google has not crawled yet my blog.
Howmuch time it will take to get normal?

    ans my both questions please.

Shared IP has no effect I imagine and the crawl rate?
How do you know GOOGLE HAS NOT CRAWLED YOUR SITE?

What are you using to verify this? Your logs, or Google cache?

You changed websites, so of course (unless you 301 redirect) from your old domain you're starting over.

if the domain is the same it should not affect your page rank because all of your inbound links are still pointing to that domain regardless of an ip or hosting change.

It affected crawl rate due to blogger to wordpress
    5 days
    no google bot visit
my new post is not in google results
on blogger my each post was in google index within 10 minutes of posting,
n on wordpress its a days after posting but no indexing so i think it got affected

If the URLs from your internal pages changed then you'll lose any link juice coming into the internal pages. In addition, all the old internal pages that were pointing to your home pages (and other pages across your site) stopped passing juice. This could affect your site. You need to 301 redirect the old URLs to the new ones if they have changed.

we can host website at any Ip address.. no effect on website ranking.. But If we change whole website with template and also changes in theme.. then Google drop website page rank value.. So try to move your website only one ip to second ip.. not a whole website..
