Tools and Scripts for Live Video Streaming?

    Hi,

    I would like to know what tools, softwares, or scripts are used for Live Video Streaming through a connected webcam or camcorder? It would be same as Shoutcast does for Audio,

    And also would like to know if shoutcast supports Video Streaming?

    Thanks :) actually i had seen Shoutcast videos.. but couldnt find anything related to video on shoutcast official website.. so i thought that they have stopped video support :)
