Do you want strictly windows VPS's, or would x-windows linux work also? IF so, any of our xen plans would work. We also would do windows 2003 server in vmware server with 1gb ram. Space would be an issue though, because our storage is on a centralized iSCSI storage target, using 6 15,000RPM scsi drives.
well it can be any windows.. just not linux as i need to be able to use the windows program "remote desktop" Thanks. if storage is slightly different then what i need let me know.

if you just need the remote desktop then i can give it for $6/month with unlimited datatransfer. The remote desktop will be only used for surfing and using windows applications
What is your budget? We have dual 2.8ghz xeon dell servers with 2gb ram, that we can lease for $150 with windows server 2003. The server has 15,000 RPM drives with raid5.

Its 100mbit internet link on a 1000mbit port, which is useful if you have a VPS/other server with us. You can do anything legal in the USA, which mean you can host proxies/legal adult content. Things that are in a gray area, such as warez linking, may be allowed, but we have a zero tolerance policy for complaints from authorities, regarding illegal content. If we receive complaints regarding spam, we give out 2 warnings before termination.
Well i wont be hosting anything since its virtual desktop... basically just want it for torrents / to keep files on .. so a high end server/ vps isnt really needed just good connection. which you appear to have
LOL. You should mention that you are storing illegal content in the title, as that is not allowed in the US, and servers hosted offshore are generally more expensive. Just some advice.
when did i say illegal content? companies such as ABC use mininova.org (well known torrent site) to share there programs.. pretty sure its not illegal if the TV network its self is giving them out. Also, only hosting is illegal. But thanks for coming out
again i am not hosting anything to the public its just a virtual desktop so i can get things faster then with my own computer/connection
