    So I just looked at my RPC in Yahoo, and noticed that this month it is less than last month...I had some last month that were 5$/click, and now I am averaging about .45$/click.. anyone else noticed a drop? I am wondering if they are messing with their advertisors prices.

    I havent seen them huge amounts per click since March. I remember when I first joined ypn, wow........ but now...... still better than AdSense, but not by a lot.

    I have noticed that linking sites causes a drop though, as I guess it would have too, so be careful if you have multiple domains or site, if you link or even have little text links on them to your other sites, it sure helps with traffic and probably clicks, but the conversions will be a lot lower, so the amount earned per click plummets after a short time.

    so having my own "network" of sites hurts me in the long run? I have had the same network for the last few months and am just not seeing a drop.

    Definetly agree with "bluegill_catcher" I am seeing a loss of abou $200 more per day just because of this link back problems.

    I think the YPN system is more like the AS system now, in that it determines how much a click will pay based on the referring URL, which is easily tracked:

    If it's a hit from a major SERP ---> pays well.

    If it's a hit from a related site--->pays less.

    If it's from an unrelated site or a "bad neighborhood" ---> lowest.

    I have no problem with this, because I understand that this game is all about converting traffic. As long as we as publishers get paid well for high quality traffic, then it's a just system.

    As always, IMO.
