Google has a keyword search tool that is still in Beta testing. It is called Insights. It allows you to gain insights into keyword volumes. You can adjust several search parameters. If you choose the US ans SEO it would provide search volumes broken down by states. You can check it out here. http://www.google.com/insights/search/#q=seo&geo=US&date=today 1-m&cmpt=q
Very cool! But I don't see where it shows the actual volume of the keywork per day/month in terms of times searched.
well i have tried this many times but most of the time it is like a cirlce which ultimately confuse you. I hope anyone getting exact search query because when i match this insight with my stats then the results are totally oposite of my traffic keywords Can anybody help me and solve this issue.
Nice to see Google providing more assistance for keyword research. However, what about some real statistics on search volumes rather than just bar graphs...
Hey Im guessing this is restricted to the US alone... Or do you know if it is available in the UK also..?
Your welcome. It is in Beta and every time I have used it I experienced different options. Some things may not be always available.
I'm am glad to share what I find scouring around the internet. I usually write about it on my blog and then share these on forums. There is new stuff it seems like everyday.
I can't wait until they start providing more data like for long tails and local searches. These are always lacking with these tools.
