Stay Away From Rocketprofit - They Over Me Over $5,000

Alright so I gave rocketprofit a shot the last week in october and was able to earn $200 usd a day from them for the final week (7days) of the month. I have yet to see a single cent of that cash. I have contacted my affiliate manager and he says the check was issued on the 15th of November, but I still have nothing. They owe me over $1400 usd for October and for the month of November they owe me a little over $4000. (payment will be issued Dec. 15th THEY CLAIM). I have been doing a ton of research about their network and it seems they give their publishers the same bullshit story every month. I was told they had implemented a new payment processing system in October and that was causing the delays. I talked to a few other affiliates and they had said that rocketprofit had been giving them the same song and dance the whole time they have been a partner there (SINCE AUGUST) and every single month they have been over a month late on their payments. Their customer support is terrible and my manage doesn't seem to care one bit about me or how much money I am bringing in to their company.

My advice to anyone out there is in affiliate business is to STAY AWAY FROM ROCKETPROFIT!!!!!!!!!!

 

Surely you'll get your money. I've been with them a while as well and have always been paid on time.

With that said, I haven't used them the past couple of months so it could be a new problem.

i promoted their offers one month, in the summer, not only thay paid net 15, they also paid later(due to some problems), after that i switched to a network that pays me weekly.

plus their stats aren't updating as ften as need to, it's not really real time.

 

They support direct deposit, wire and paypal option as payment method. I think you should change your payment method. It'll help you receive your payment faster

I use to promote their offers,yes they delay payments every month and they do pay,but its always good to work with network that pays on time.I don't use them now,they support also sucks.

 

Wouldnt cheque be the slowest? Due to the overseas delivery.
Wire is fastest I would of thought.

Yeah Rocket's been jacked up lately. Last month I got hundreds less then I should have. They told me the advertiser scrapped a shitload of my leads. I've been with them for over a year and that has never happened. But 2 out of the last 3 months they scrapped leads out of nowhere. And yes they are always late, even though I get paid through Paypal.

 

I have heard from a lot of people that Rocket Profit/Atrinsic hasnt paid them. Amounts over 100K from several people.

We were owed a 6 figure amount but put it with a collections attorney and got paid right away. Others who have them in collections havent been so successful

From what i heard they paid out to much on ringtone leads. They were paying like $16 a lead but making $12. So they lost a lot of money.

Stop doing business with slow and incompetent networks, if you are doing more than $2000.00 a week you need to setup payments to either be weekly or bi-weekly and don't ramp up until you see timely payments coming in for a few weeks.

Some of these networks are just horrible you have to test them out with small amounts of under 5k to see how it goes 1st.

In september I tested my campaign for one day an made around $70ish and stopped for the month. I received the check around the end of october from th emonth of september and didnt think that ways to much of a problem. For the month of october I didn't want to run my campaign at full power because my affiliate manager told me that to get weekly payments or even wire transfers at the end of the month you need to be earning $5,000 per week. I have started running this campaign through another affiliate program that was able to offer me 50% more than what rocketprofit was offering. They have real time tracking unlike what rocketprofit claims they have.
